After the initial session, all clients are required to purchase a program when we continue training. Due to the level of consistent commitment dog training requires, I do not recommend or permit scheduling 1 session at a time as this does not generally lead to good outcomes.

All training & psychotherapy programs are held at the client’s home unless agreed upon otherwise. I often do sessions at Romero Park (or similar) for public practice or neutral turf.

I am available online for long-distance clients. There is a $10 discount per session.

A 30-min roundtrip (up to 15-mins one way) travel fee is included. Additional travel time will incur a travel fee of $10/15-mins one way/session.

The number of sessions does not determine whether goals will be completed. In the cases of severe behavioral work or service dogs, it is typical to need to repeat even a 12-session package, possibly more than once. Service dogs take roughly 2 years to complete formal training.

The program discounted rate is locked in. If we complete a program and feel only 1-2 sessions are needed, they can be added on at the same rate.
Canine Psychotherapy 1-hour Sessions
In-Home or at a nearby public park
Mild - 4 Session Package​ ~ $800
$200/session
Good for beginning counter-conditioning and desensitization of mild reactivity​ to 1 or 2 triggers, separation anxiety, and barrier frustration or territorial issues.

Moderate - 8 Session Package ~ $1,520
$190/session, save $80
Appropriate for moderate reactivity to 3 - 5 triggers, includes teaching the dog’s nervous system how to relax and recover, as well as beginning working in public spaces and remedial socialization.

Severe - 12 Session Package ~ $2,160
$180/session, save $240
Best savings for severe cases or more advanced behavior work, including aggressive dogs with bite histories to humans or animals. Also good for owner-dog teams who need consistent training to maintain progress.​

Parameters for Training & Behavior Programs
Your dog’s progress is contingent on consistency. It is assumed that when a program is begun, the agreed upon schedule will continue until its completion. Typically, that means weekly sessions. If you do not complete your program within 6 months from the date of the first session, any unused sessions are forfeit unless Ash approves an unexpected gap due to family emergency or similar situation.
